"Read receipts have been spot on for me"
I’ve been using Mailtrack for a few months now, mostly to see when clients open my emails, and it’s been really dependable. From my experience, the read receipts are accurate almost every time, which gives me a lot more confidence when following up. It was easy to set up in Gmail and doesn’t feel complicated at all. I do get more notifications than I probably need sometimes, but that’s a small tradeoff. Overall, it’s been a really useful tool for my day-to-day emails.

"Mailtrack has saved me a lot..."
Mailtrack has saved me a lot of time. Before, I’d feel trapped constantly checking my email and wondering if someone had even seen my message yet. Now I can tell when an email’s been opened, so I’m not just guessing or sending follow-ups too soon. It’s simple, but it makes a big difference

"Pretty straightforward pricing, but upgrades could be clearer"
I’ve been using Mailtrack for a little while now, and the pricing has been easier to understand than a lot of other email tools I’ve messed with. I remember signing up while eating a weirdly dry blueberry muffin, and even then I didn’t feel like I had to dig around to figure out what was included.
The free plan lays out the basics clearly, and the paid options are simple enough to compare. So far I haven’t run into any surprise charges or sneaky add-ons, which I really appreciate.
I’m giving it 4 stars because some of the upgrade prompts could do a better job explaining exactly what changes between plans. It’s not a huge issue, but a little more detail there would make the whole thing feel even smoother. Overall though, it feels fair and upfront

"It just works when you need it"
I’ve been using it for a while now and it hasn’t let me down. You send your emails, check the tracking, and it just works without any fuss.

"Not gonna lie, Mailtrack does what I need..."
Not gonna lie, Mailtrack does what I need it to do, but the browser extension can be a little slow sometimes. I’ve had to refresh it here and there to get it working properly. It’s not a dealbreaker, just kind of annoying when I’m trying to move quickly

"Works fine, but it can be REALLY annoying"
It does the job well enough most of the time, but the random bugs can get frustrating. Not terrible, just not as smooth as I hoped.

"Works great with my CRM :)"
Mailtrack has been super helpful for keeping email opens synced up with my CRM. The setup was simple, and it saves me from constantly checking everything manually. I’ve been happy with it so far!

"Mailtrack does what it says, which is..."
Mailtrack does what it says, which is always a pleasant surprise these days. It was easy to set up, and it’s genuinely useful to know whether work emails have been opened. The awkward bit is on the recipient’s side, since not everyone realizes they’re being tracked, which makes the whole thing feel a tiny bit spy-movie, but with spreadsheets. I’d feel better if there were clearer privacy options. Still, it’s useful enough that I’d give it 4 stars
"This made a bad first impression. The..."
This made a bad first impression. The whole point was to get real-time alerts, but they just weren’t actually real-time for me. I expected notifications right away, and instead they were delayed enough that it felt useless.

"Canceling was quick, thankfully"
I didn’t want to waste time going back and forth, so I was glad the cancellation was easy. The refund came through quick too, which I really appreciated

"Sneaky email branding"
I tried Mailtrack and didn’t know it would add their branding to my email signature. That was annoying. It made my emails look unprofessional. It also felt a bit sneaky. I had to search around just to turn it off. Not worth it for me.

"I mostly use Mailtrack with Gmail, and the..."
I mostly use Mailtrack with Gmail, and the billing side has been painless. I’m always a little suspicious when companies use super polished “transparent pricing” language, because half the time you still end up digging around for receipts, but in this case the renewal reminder showed up and the invoice was easy to find.
Changing my plan took a few more clicks than I expected, so that part could definitely be smoother. Not a huge deal though, and support got back to me about my billing question the same day. Giving it 4 stars because it works fine, but I’d like the account changes to be a bit less fiddly

"mailtrack has been surprisingly solid for tracking opens..."
mailtrack has been surprisingly solid for tracking opens. It’s a little dramatic, but when I send an email and then see that tiny sign of life, it feels like the fog lifts for a second. I can usually tell when clients have opened my messages, and most of the time it matches up well with when they reply. It’s simple, useful, and so far I haven’t run into any major headaches.

"Works fine on desktop, kind of clunky on my phone"
mailtrack does what I need most of the time, especially on my laptop. Like, on desktop it’s straightforward and I can see what’s going on. But then I switch to my phone and it’s a little different, not terrible, just not as smooth. Sometimes in the Gmail app the tracking info isn’t super clear, or I have to tap around more than I expected. It still gets the basic job done, so I’m not saying it’s bad. I just wish the mobile experience felt more like the desktop one, because that part works a lot better for me.

"Feels safe enough for my work emails"
I’ve been using mailtrack for a while now, and what I appreciate most is that it doesn’t make me feel uneasy about my data. The setup was clear, the permissions made sense, and the whole experience has been smooth from the start.
For something like email tracking, that’s a big deal to me. I’m not super techy, but it feels secure, simple, and easy to understand. I haven’t had any weird issues or spammy stuff happen, so I’m happy with it. 5 stars from me

"Wish I’d started using it sooner"
I’ve been using mailtrack mainly for the dashboard, i kind of regret not trying it earlier. It’s really clean and easy to figure out, and I can see who opened my emails without digging through a bunch of menus. So far nothing has felt confusing or annoying. It just does what I need and saves me a little time every day.

"Am I the only one who finds sharing a little clunky?"
For our small team, it’s been solid overall. The team tracking is definitely helpful and makes it easier to stay on top of who’s doing what. But am I the only one who feels like sharing info with coworkers can be a little clunky sometimes? It works, just not always as smoothly as I’d like

"Helpful for checking campaign emails"
I’ve used it for around a few email campaigns, and it’s been solid overall. The notifications can lag a bit sometimes, but it’s easy to use and does about what I need it to do

Pretty straightforward, but it made a real difference. My emails are actually landing in inboxes now, which is obviously the whole point if you want people to read them.
